These terms govern your use of bloosoftware.com and any software products made by Bloo Software, including Visuals and Keepers.
By using this website or any Bloo Software product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.
Bloo Software develops and distributes software products. Each product may have its own additional terms, pricing, and licensing conditions communicated at the point of purchase.
App Store (iPhone, iPad, Mac App Store): Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. By purchasing, you also agree to Apple's terms of service. Apple handles all billing, VAT, and sales tax.
Direct (Mac, direct download): Purchases are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Bloo Software is the Merchant of Record for direct purchases.
In case of subscriptions, fees are charged at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
Upon purchasing a subscription, Bloo Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the relevant software product for personal use on up to 2 devices. This license is tied to your active subscription. If your subscription lapses or is refunded, the license is revoked.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell any Bloo Software product. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose.
Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. Our products are local-first — we do not collect your personal data.
Our products are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloo Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Aruba. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Aruba.
