We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how refunds work.
Visuals is distributed via the Mac App Store. Refund requests are handled directly by Apple — we have no visibility into or control over App Store transactions. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you purchased a Keepers Pro subscription and are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase at hey@bloosoftware.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Upon refund, your Pro subscription is cancelled and access to Pro features is revoked. Refunds are processed via Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Subscription renewals are not refundable once processed. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel via your Paddle billing portal before the renewal date.
